Boxing Programs Description Training Schedule Overview

Juniors and Youth Program (Ages 9-15)

Our Juniors and Youth Program is designed for young people aged 9 to 15 who want to learn the fundamentals of boxing in a structured and supportive environment. Each session focuses on developing boxing skills, fitness, and confidence while instilling respect and discipline.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Sessions are tailored to build both fitness and technical skills. Young boxers improve coordination, endurance, and mental focus while having fun in a safe environment.

Senior Boxing Program (Ages 15+)

Our Senior Boxing Program is perfect for individuals aged 15 and above looking to improve their boxing skills, increase their fitness, or prepare for competition. With a focus on advanced techniques and conditioning, this program caters to fitness enthusiasts and aspiring competitors.

Tuesday: 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Thursday: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Sunday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Lunchtime)

Participants focus on technical skills, sparring, and endurance training to prepare for competitive boxing. Whether you want to box for fitness or take your skills to the ring, our senior program provides the perfect environment.

Ladies only boxing led by an england approved women coach

Every Tuesday at: 7pm

Boxing Fitness

The class will include circuits, fitness, bag work, pad work and strength and conditioning.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
